Dj LG has demonstrated the ability to select the right songs, at the right times, to make every event a time to remember. He received his first pair of turntables for Christmas at the tender age of 9 yrs old after begging his parent’s every day. He was too young to attend nightclubs so he developed his skills to perfection everyday in his basement, to the misery of his parent’s ears.
His career began entertaining and performing for his older sister. Who thought he was the best, because it was free! After a few years of free service he graduated to being paid for his talents at parties in the neighborhood. This ultimately landed him in the place he wanted to be, the nightclubs. His resume includes such night clubs as the world famous "Q Club" in Queens, N.Y. and "The Ark Nightclub" in Brooklyn, N.Y. Just to name a few.
His professionalism is unmatched by any Dj in the music industry and has vowed to change the bad image of mobile entertainers, one customer at a time. He has performed for numerous organizations in Brooklyn / Queens / Manhattan / Bronx / Staten Island and throughout the 50 states with crowds ranging in the hundreds. Originally from the small Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago. He has embraced his culture and it's love for sounds and rhythms that are produced by the steel pan and other ethnic drums.
His love for music began at an early age with a passion for playing the drums. His father is a accomplished percussionist and former Disc Jockey and has played a major role with his love for music and becoming Disc Jockey.
He moved to New York in 1993 and began immediately developing his Disc Jockey skills in High School at the age of 17 performing for all events and parties.
Currently he is one of NYC hottest Reggae and Soca Dj's and performs on a regular basis for large crowds in clubs in Manhattan,/ Brooklyn and Queens. Performing for large crowds and entertaining with all types of music is defiantly in his bloodline.
